FDJ UNITED is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support customers across 9 brands worldwide via live chat and email. You will deliver Danish and English language support, guide players through our site and app, and contribute to team projects, working closely with Player Safety, Payments and CRM to ensure quality service and safe experiences.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
- Responsible and reliable team player.
- Experience of complex problem solving.

- Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide Danish and English language customer support across LiveChat and email.
- Deliver quality solutions in a timely, personal, and professional manner.
- Guide players through the website and Mobile App platform.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team projects.
- Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments and CRM to ensure safe experiences.
- Represent customers by providing feedback on experiences.
- Support colleagues and foster a positive team atmosphere.
