Job summary

FDJ UNITED is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join over 200 agents supporting customers of our 9 brands worldwide. You will assist inquiries across live chat, email, and other digital platforms, building positive relationships to deliver the best gambling experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Responsible, and reliable team player.
• Experience of complex problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver English language customer support across LiveChat, email
• Enable players with quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner
• Guide players through the website and Mobile App platform
• Share knowledge, contribute to team projects and identify innovative practices
• Work closely with departments including Player Safety, Payments and CRM
