FDJ UNITED is seeking a Customer Service Agent based in Malta to support customers across Live Chat and email in Danish, Swedish, and English. You will ensure a high-quality, personal service and guide players through the website and mobile app.

Join a global team, collaborate with Player Safety, Payments and CRM, and contribute to a positive gambling experience. This role offers a flexible hybrid model, remote options, and a strong development path.

Formación

• Fluency in Danish/Swedish and English, both spoken and written is essential.
• Experience with complex problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Danish/Swedish and English language customer support across Live Chat, email.
• Enable players with quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner.
• Guide players through the website and Mobile App platform.
• Share knowledge, contribute to team projects and identify innovative practices.
• Work with departments including Player Safety, Payments and CRM to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences on behalf of customers.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a great team atmosphere.
