Responsibilities

• Deliver Finnish and English language customer support across LiveChat, email
• Provide quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner
• Guide players through the website and Mobile App platform
• Share knowledge and contribute to team projects
• Coordinate with Player Safety, Payments and CRM to ensure safe gambling experience
• Represent customers by providing feedback on their experiences
• Support colleagues and foster a positive team atmosphere
