Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance product offerings based on client feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products to offer timely and relevant insights to clients.
• Support clients throughout the product implementation process and address any queries or challenges they may encounter.
