You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service, build long-term client relationships, and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client relationship management role, especially with enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of business solutions and effective consulting practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking enterprise clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent support.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses to deliver effective and customized solutions.
• Conduct extensive consultations to help clients strategize and implement business solutions that align with their goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Assist clients in overcoming any operational challenges they face during their engagement.
