Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians and drive KPIs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance.
• Lead daily/weekly planning meetings for quality control.
• Conduct field audits to ensure quality standards.
• Perform regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, and the public.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain professional appearance.
