Responsibilities include maintaining accurate system statuses, prioritizing time-sensitive orders, and collaborating with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies and recurring damage concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Onsite role only; must be able to work in various departments as needed.
• Self-starter and a team player with good attendance.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook required.
• Able to read and match numbers; flexible to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, document, and process merchandise identified as damaged throughout the operation.
• Verify damaged merchandise against the correct SKU, order, carton, and quantity.
• Coordinate replacement or re-pick activity and follow damaged orders through resolution.
• Maintain accurate system statuses and an organized damage work area.
• Prioritize aged and time-sensitive customer orders and escalate barriers as needed.
• Partner with Inventory Control and operational teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and recurring damage concerns.
