Responsibilities

• Coordinate replacement or re-pick activities and follow damages to resolution.
• Maintain accurate system statuses and an organized damage work area.
• Prioritize aged and time-sensitive customer orders; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and operations to resolve inventory issues.

The Distribution Center Clerk - Damage

is responsible for managing damaged merchandise within the Personalization operation and ensuring damaged customer orders are accurately processed and resolved in a timely manner.
