Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to help maintain inventory accuracy across primary and reserve locations. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, reporting to Ashley Crittenden.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year in inventory control, with proficiency in Excel and warehouse systems such as PKMS and WMOS. This position offers strong benefits and opportunities within a large national retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Inventory Control.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Ability to multitask within the inventory control department.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on always maintaining a safe working environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist MOD functions by ordering out SKUs and tracking orders.
• Process damaged SKUs and manage SKU lookups, location moves, and picking merchandise.
• Perform cycle counting at reserve and picking locations.
• Research inventory variances and SKU issues on the lock code report.
• Use PKMS and WMOS to split and/or move cases.
• Research lost merchandise in MODS and process wave closure collates.
• Investigate cycle counts and inventory-related errors to provide feedback.
• Conduct Free Space, Location, Dock, and Drop Zone audits.
