Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in a warehouse/distribution setting with similar duties.
• This is an onsite role in Olive Branch, MS.
• Must be a self-starter and a team player.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent attendance is expected.
• Flexible schedule availability is required.
• Ability to read and match numbers accurately.
• Roles may span multiple departments and buildings as needed.
• Maintain safe working environment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, document, and process damaged merchandise identified in the operation.
• Verify damaged merchandise against SKU, order, carton, and quantity.
• Coordinate replacement or re-pick activities and follow damages to resolution.
• Maintain accurate system statuses and an organized damage work area.
• Prioritize aged and time-sensitive customer orders; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and operations to resolve inventory issues.
