Jacobs is seeking a Mid-Level Dam and Hydropower Engineer to join our Northwest team to support dams, hydropower, fish passage, and hydraulic steel structures across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, regulators, and communities to deliver water infrastructure programs.

• Experience in structural steel design and stress analysis for hydraulic structures.
• Demonstrated track record in technical work and/or design management for complex projects.
• Proficient experience in dam, hydropower, and fisheries engineering as PM or discipline lead.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex, high-visibility projects.
• Guide engineers, planners, and technical specialists in planning and design.
• Support business development and engage with clients.
