• Demonstrated track record leading technical work and/or design management for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical design skills across contributing disciplines.
• Recognized by clients as a trusted expert with hydraulics and reservoir design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead dam, hydropower, and water conveyance projects across the West.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders, clients, and agencies.
• Support business development and may serve as Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert.
