Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, in Hilbert, WI, seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on heavy civil infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 2+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with cost control, CPM scheduling, change orders, and software such as HCSS, Primavera/P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of related construction project management experience; dam facilities experience preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure with cost reporting, engineering submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM Scheduling, T&M Billing, and Change Orders.
• Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and be hands-on.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards; ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with computer tools including MS Office; familiarity with HCSS, AASHTOWare, and Primavera/P6 preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the Company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, and projections for profitability and reporting.
• Ensure procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources to complete projects.
• Negotiate changes to scope with clients and subcontractors; manage project changes.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects in coordination with team members.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings to support clients.
