Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial construction.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contracts and teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field execution, commissioning and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, engineers, field personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project financial performance, contracts, change orders, subcontractors, vendors, and overall documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
