Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Manager to join our Hilbert, WI office. Lead inter-disciplinary teams across heavy civil infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors, manage budgets, procurement, and scheduling, and drive project change management and safety programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA 30 (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Act as the Company representative with the client, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections.
• Ensure procurement of required materials and requisition of necessary equipment and labor resources.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors; manage the project change process.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects in accordance with teammates and senior personnel.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.
