Job summary

You will oversee procurement, scheduling, and change management while coordinating with subcontractors to deliver on-time, on-budget projects and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience, heavy highway or structural experience highly preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects with duties like cost reporting, technical submittals, CPM scheduling, and change orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams of professionals and labor across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Act as the Company representative with the client, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections to ensure profitability and reporting.
• Ensure procurement of materials and requisition of equipment and labor resources for projects.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with client and subcontractors; market and secure additional work.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects in accordance with team and senior personnel; participate in regulatory negotiations.
