Job summary

Lunda Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join our Hilbert, WI office, overseeing dam facilities and related heavy civil projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and interface with clients to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or construction management degree, 2+ years PM experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6 is preferred; OSHA-30 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related construction PM experience; dam facilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and interfacing with clients.
• Experience with cost reporting, CPM scheduling, RFIs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams on dam facilities and heavy civil projects.
• Act as the Company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost projections.
• Ensure procurement of materials and equipment and labor resources.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and key subs; market and secure additional work.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded projects per contract requirements; oversee regulatory negotiations.
