Equus seeks a Dallas Workforce System Officer to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and overall accountability for the Dallas operations. You will report to the VP of Operations and serve as the primary local contact for executive leadership.

You will guide system strategy across centers, manage complex contracts, and drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with corporate resources and stakeholders.

Formación

• Ten+ years of senior leadership in workforce or public-sector operations.
• Experience in workforce development, government contracting, or related publicly funded environment.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with workforce boards, government partners, employers, and community stakeholders.
• Strong executive leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of WIOA and federally funded workforce programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive-level leadership for Equus’ Dallas operations.
• Align board priorities with regional workforce strategies and program delivery.
• Oversee governance, contracts, budgets, and performance across nine workforce centers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve employer engagement and service outcomes.
• Represent Equus in regional workforce initiatives and public-sector partnerships.
