Job summary

Norman Window Fashions, based in the Dallas Design Center showroom, seeks an energetic Account Representative to grow retailer accounts in the Dallas market. The role focuses on enrolling retail accounts into Norman Experience training events and driving sales with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or showroom sales.
• Willing to travel up to 25% with monthly overnight trips.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

• Enroll retail accounts into Norman Experience training events.
• Publish monthly virtual Spotlight sessions on sales opportunities, product updates, promotions, and events.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; serve as primary contact.
• Plan and conduct monthly field visits to support customer growth; overnight trips as needed.
• Log all interactions and account history in Salesforce.
• Track account sales potential by product and competitor; review with supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.
