Eastman is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to manage day-to-day and longer-term territory development, bringing in new customers and maintaining key relationships across the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The role entails 25% travel within Texas, predominantly the Dallas area, with a fast-paced sales environment.

You will meet personal sales targets, build product and market knowledge, and contribute to promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; High School or GED equivalent education is required.
• Knowledge and experience in own discipline; performing all duties of assigned role, but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
• Solves a range of straightforward problems.
• Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Responsabilités

• Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geographic territory or by nature of customers.
• Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
• This is a sales professional with developing product and market knowledge.
• Meets personal sales targets as established, focusing on small to moderate accounts, which are stable in nature, within identified markets or geography.
• Product range, complexity, and challenge may be somewhat limited.
• Receives periodic coaching from supervisor or more experienced professionals.
• Prepares sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor.
• Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
