Job summary

Job Juncture partners with an established home furnishings manufacturer to recruit an Account Representative for the Dallas showroom and surrounding retail market. The role blends account management, inside sales, customer engagement, product education, and events, with travel to client sites as needed.

The position emphasizes developing relationships with new and existing retailers, driving participation in trainings, and maintaining strong account documentation in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, inside sales, showroom sales, B2B sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience with proactive outreach and follow-up."
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person customer presentations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Travel up to 25% and overnight trips about once per month.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and provide sales support.
• Enroll customers into product training and educational events.
• Maintain a structured daily outreach schedule (calls, emails, follow-ups).
• Create monthly calendar of virtual customer education sessions.
• Conduct product presentations—virtual and in-person.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and product adoption.
• Plan monthly field visits to support business growth and travel as needed.
• Maintain records of interactions, opportunities, and competitive intel in Salesforce.
• Review opportunities with management and track sales potential.
