North American Insurance Services LLC is seeking an Insurance Sales Development Consultant to support and grow our national network of independent agents from Dallas-Fort Worth. This full-time, on-site role focuses on lead generation, outreach to agents and prospects, and driving new business across health, Medicare, life, and related products.

You will train and coach sales representatives, coordinate production, and partner with leadership to refine sales strategies.

Formación

• Lead generation and sales experience to identify prospects and close opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for agents and clients.
• Ability to train and mentor sales professionals.
• Sales operations capabilities including pipeline management and reporting.
• Experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services.
• Knowledge of health insurance, Medicare, life insurance, annuities, or long-term care.
• Willingness to obtain professional licenses as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, and develop independent insurance agents nationwide.
• Guide agents through contracting, onboarding, and initial production setup.
• Build working knowledge of NAIS product lines, enrollment workflows, and carrier requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agent questions, sales support, and operational assistance.
• Provide ongoing training coordination and production support to agents.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and onboarding records.
• Communicate across phone, email, text, and social media channels daily.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth agent experiences.
• Identify opportunities to help agents grow production and engagement. Perform additional duties as assigned.
