Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Client Partner in Dallas, TX to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company's consulting, delivery, and leadership teams. You will own the overall client relationship, experience, and success across an assigned portfolio, ensuring ongoing value as needs evolve.

Reporting to the Client Partner Lead, you will develop a deep understanding of client priorities and Dayforce environment, coordinating cross-functional resources to drive outcomes

Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience
• Experience collaborating across functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority
• Experience with Dayforce, HR technology, SaaS, or professional services highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Lead regular client meetings, account reviews, and relationship-focused discussions
• Monitor client health, risks, priorities, and milestones across the portfolio
• Coordinate with subject matter experts when deeper technical or functional expertise is needed
