Dayforce, Inc. seeks a Sr. Services Consultant to guide design and delivery of consulting engagements using Dayforce to meet customer HR service goals. You will lead complex projects, coach teams, and ensure knowledge transfer to the implementation group.

You will act as a subject matter expert, manage cross-functional meetings, and engage stakeholders up to executive levels while balancing multiple projects and customer needs.

Formación

• Typically has 3+ years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy.
• Typically has 2+ years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experience.
• Solid experience in business process mapping, organization readiness, and technology enablement.
• Has expert-level HR operations/business practices and technology enablement experience.
• Has advanced-level HCM SaaS domain and implementation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Deep understanding of industries and Dayforce implementation best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Leads engagements guiding HR service delivery, processes, policies, user experience, and analytics.
• Ensures knowledge transfer to Dayforce Implementation team.
• Leads design meetings and provides status on consulting activities and deliverables.
• Mentors junior consultants through peer reviews and QA activities.
• Supports sales cycles with scoping and solution guidance.
