Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Dayforce implementation professional to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise clients in the Dallas area. You will gather requirements, configure HRIS modules, run tests, train users, and deploy solutions that maximize ROI.

Applicants should have 5+ years implementing SaaS HRIS, strong SQL/XML skills, and a track record of working with cross-functional teams. Travel to client sites is expected on a limited basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science required.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience.
• SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience.
• Workforce Management experience preferred, including scheduling, timekeeping, position management, and organizational structure.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; other HRIS systems considered.
• Experience implementing HRIS modules or end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage the full implementation process, including client consultation, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Document and validate client requirements and align them with Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting outcomes.
• Participate in internal project meetings and provide updates on activities and deliverables.
• Apply functional and technical expertise across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Advise clients on best practices to maximize solution value and ROI.
• Collaborate with project teams, internal partners, clients, and third parties to ensure successful system implementation.
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data.
• Audit data and system modules as needed.
• Provide follow-up consulting and support within areas of expertise.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces.
• Serve as a go-to resource for assigned functional areas.
• Guide clients in applying Organizational Readiness best practices for Dayforce rollout.
• Periodically review policies and recommend best practices.
