Job summary

The Staff Pad in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Workforce Management Implementation Consultant to join a high-growth team delivering cloud-based solutions. You will support the full implementation lifecycle under the direction of the Project Manager and may lead project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You’ll design, configure, test, train, and deploy Dayforce modules, document requirements, and advise clients on best practices to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience.
• SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; other HRIS platforms considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage the full implementation process, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Document and validate client requirements and align them with Dayforce functionality.
• Configure Dayforce to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting outcomes.
• Participate in internal project meetings and provide updates on activities and deliverables.
• Apply functional and technical expertise across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Advise clients on best practices to maximize solution value and ROI.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and third parties to ensure successful system implementation.
• Maintain data integrity and audit data as needed.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces.

What You’ll Do

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science required
• 5+ years of software implementation experience
• SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience
• Workforce Management experience preferred,including scheduling, timekeeping, position management, and organizationalstructure
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; Salesforce,SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, UKG,or Oracle HR/Payroll also considered
• Experience implementing HRIS modules or similarend-to-end solutions
• Knowledge of HCM business practices and businessprocess mapping
• Proficiency in SQL and XML
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
