Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a data-driven Operations Analyst to monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and partner with engineering to drive lean improvements in a high-mix, high-volume environment in Plano, Texas.

You will collaborate across Materials, Warehouse, Finance and Engineering to enhance material flow, cost analysis and NPIs while maintaining accurate KPI reporting and daily operational insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, or related field.
• 1+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report key production KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
• Collaborate with Materials, Warehouse, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Provide clear, real-time performance reports.
