TSL in Dallas is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll operations and support HRIS activities. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll for US employees.

The role requires ADP certification, 3+ years of payroll experience, and on-site presence in Dallas. You will collaborate with CHRO and HR team on reporting, audits, and HR system updates.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of payroll experience.
• ADP certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
• On-site in Dallas, TX.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records, employee information, and system data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage payroll deductions, taxes, benefits, and adjustments.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audits.
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Supporting HRIS updates, reporting, and system administration.
• Assisting with onboarding and general HR administrative tasks when payroll demands allow.
