Job summary

TSL in Dallas is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll operations and support HRIS activities. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll for US employees.

The role requires ADP certification, 3+ years of payroll experience, and on-site presence in Dallas. You will collaborate with CHRO and HR team on reporting, audits, and HR system updates.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist who takes pride in getting things right? Would you enjoy a role where you can also put your HR systems knowledge to good use?

TSL is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Dallas office. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you'll take ownership of day-to-day payroll operations while providing HRIS and general HR support when time allows.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position, Monday through Friday.

The Role

As our Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintaining payroll records, employee information, and system data.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Managing payroll deductions, taxes, benefits, and adjustments.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Preparing payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting audits.
• Maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Supporting HRIS updates, reporting, and system administration.
• Assisting with general HR activities, including onboarding, employee records, and administrative tasks, when payroll demands allow.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
