Job summary

Zions Capital Markets within Zions Bancorporation seeks a Multifamily Agency Asset Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee transactional asset management for a growing multifamily loan portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions from initial request through final resolution in accordance with loan agreements and GSE standards.
• Review requests including ownership changes, property management updates, loan assumptions, collateral releases, lease approvals, and modifications.
• Monitor borrower performance and compliance with loan covenants; coordinate with subservicers.
• Assist in portfolio reporting, data integrity, and platform process improvements.
• Collaborate with originations, underwriting, servicing/asset management operations, and capital markets.
