Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Multifamily Agency Sr. Asset Manager to lead complex borrower requests and credit decisions within our agency servicing platform in Dallas, TX.

You will oversee portfolio risk, ensure compliance with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines, and mentor junior team members. In this senior role, you will collaborate across legal, agency representatives, and senior leadership, driving platform development, risk standards, and process improvements while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management or loan servicing with a strong multifamily focus.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex GSE servicing transactions and borrower requests.
• Deep familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac asset management frameworks and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews and approvals of complex borrower requests in line with loan documents and agency guidelines.
• Exercise delegated approval authority on transactions and mentor juniors.
• Oversee modifications, maturities, assumptions, and collateral reconfigurations.
• Monitor portfolio credit performance and compliance with agency requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, agency reps, and senior leadership on non-routine transactions.
• Provide guidance to junior asset managers and promote process improvements.
• Develop portfolio analytics, performance tracking, and reporting enhancements.
