Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of CRE asset management, loan servicing or related fields.
• Understanding of multifamily real estate fundamentals and market dynamics.
• Ability to review financial statements, rent rolls, budgets and borrower reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan, property and borrower performance to identify risks.
• Review financial statements, rent rolls, budgets to evaluate asset performance.
• Prepare risk assessments and asset-level summaries for management.
• Coordinate with borrowers to ensure timely repairs and actions.
• Verify compliance with loan terms and investor requirements.
• Collaborate with Servicing, Legal, Closing, Origination to resolve issues.
