Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Multifamily Agency Loan Asset Manager in Dallas to handle transactional asset management for a growing multifamily portfolio. You will interpret loan documents, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure borrower requests align with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate asset management, servicing, or underwriting.
• Prior agency loan servicing experience (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transactional asset management and borrower requests within loan agreements and GSE standards.
• Manage transactions from initial request to final resolution with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review ownership changes, equity transfers, property updates, loan modifications, and related requests.
• Assess risk and ensure alignment with agency guidelines and credit standards.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to solution development.
• Support portfolio reporting, data integrity, and operational improvements.
