Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a growing organization in Dallas, TX to hire a Help Desk Administrator who will lead the support team and hands-on troubleshoot IT issues onsite. This role blends people leadership with technical responsibilities to improve service delivery for a large user base.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, staff mentoring experience, and strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive IT support or help desk experience.
Experience leading or mentoring technical staff.
Strong troubleshooting across desktop, OS, and end-user tech.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

Lead daily service desk operations and coordinate support team activities.
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and end-user challenges.
Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely response and resolution.
Coach and mentor support technicians and guide onboarding/offboarding.
Manage assets, licensing, and inventory processes.
Maintain documentation and operational best practices.
Collaborate with IT leadership on process improvements and pace of change.
Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and integrations.
Support Microsoft 365 environments and access management.
