Business Network Consulting - BNC seeks a Regional IT Services Manager in Dallas to lead a team of field engineers and oversee client engagements. The role combines executive interaction with hands‑on leadership of technical staff and operations.

You will meet with executives, present strategic recommendations, manage client relationships, and ensure metrics drive continuous improvement. A relocation stipend is available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required (any major). Business, communications, management, or technology‑related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of recent people‑management experience (within the last 7 years), including performance coaching and corrective action.
• 2+ years in a tech‑focused, client‑facing role with direct people‑management responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of field engineers to drive exceptional customer experiences implementing the latest technologies.
• Act as the senior client advocate and escalation owner - reset expectations and manage difficult conversations.
• Lead executive‑level client meetings (QBRs, service reviews, roadmap discussions) and present recommendations, risks, and options.
• Demonstrate daily leadership with clients and systems engineers, balancing executive engagement with hands‑on management.
• Approve time entries, review utilization, and coach engineers weekly, addressing performance issues directly.
