Job summary

Entrust Corporation seeks a Manager, Area Service in the Dallas, TX area (Hybrid) to lead a field-service team delivering on-site support, training and maintenance for key customers. You will align service delivery with contracts, drive efficiency, and partner with sales to grow service revenue.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep Lean/rm quality tool experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Travel up to 40% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Based in Dallas, TX area or willing to relocate.
• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2 years experience managing or supervising people.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing customer relationships.
• Minimum 3 years experience using Lean Quality Tools (Value Stream Maps, 5 Why, Kaizen, PDCA).
• Up to 40% domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Area Service team responsible for installation, training and maintenance.
• Support the sales organization with product and service sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficiency and ongoing cost reduction into the service business (labor and parts management).
• Manage Service contract relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
• Coordinate resource allocation and escalation processes to ensure timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and promote the company’s services.
