Job summary

Third Bridge Group is seeking a Sales Associate to support new client acquisition and partner with Sales Reps to drive revenue. The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the Dallas, TX office and offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You will research targets, schedule appointments, assist with client presentations, onboard trial clients, and log activities in Salesforce while building relationships and driving sales results.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships quickly by phone and in person.
• Excellent research using internet and traditional media.
• Ability to drive urgency and hit measurable goals.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Interest in a sales career; 1 year in sales/sales support is a plus.
• Prospecting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research targeted companies and leads; identify contacts and hooks to drive the sales process.
• Prospect and schedule appointments via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
• Prepare content and assist with client presentations and portal demos.
• Onboard trial clients and manage usage and relationships.
• Coordinate appointments and logistics; prepare materials.
• Update Salesforce with contacts and communications; provide general sales support.
• Progress to closing deals within the first year.
