BloomGuarden in Dallas, TX is seeking a General Manager, Commercial Operations to lead the commercial engine across cafés, retail, e-commerce and wholesale. You will own retail P&L, set growth plans and connect all channels into one integrated growth plan.

This hands-on role reports to the CEO and builds simple processes, develops managers, and brings structure, clear numbers and scalable growth while preserving quality.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of general management or commercial leadership in multi-location retail, café, restaurant, hospitality or consumer brand.
• Proven P&L ownership with a track record of revenue and margin growth.
• Experience overseeing commercial performance across several locations or channels.
• Strong command of store-level financials, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience leading managers and holding teams to clear targets.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sales (Shopify or similar).
• Comfortable building systems in a high-growth company while remaining hands-on.

Aufgaben

• Own retail P&L across the café portfolio, including revenue, margin, labor and COGS.
• Set commercial growth plans and targets for cafés, retail products, e-commerce and wholesale.
• Build financial models, budgets, forecasts and KPIs with finance to measure growth and ROI.
• Identify new opportunities for wholesale distribution, partnerships and channel expansion.
• Provide commercial oversight at the café level: sales performance, pricing, product mix, merchandising and promotions.
• Track store-level and channel KPIs and lead weekly/monthly business reviews.
• Lead pricing, promotions and new product launches with creative and operations teams.
• Oversee the e-commerce and subscription business (Shopify) and connect with cafés.
