Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Dallas seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, serve customers, and support team members. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold food safety standards, recruit and coach staff, and drive sales and profits while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have prior management or similar roles, strong communication skills, and a high school education or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and ability to lead by example are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• P&L, food cost, and labor experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recruit, coach, and retain staff
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality
• Recruit, develop and retain staff team members
• Manage food safety and team member safety
