The role requires building high-performing teams, coaching talent, partnering with merchants, and representing Bloomingdale's in the local community while delivering exceptional service and merchandising.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years direct experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business at the local level with strong business acumen and data-informed decisions.
• Lead and develop the store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Set and uphold standards for service, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with merchants and central functions to drive store performance.
• Act as brand ambassador, strengthen relationships with customers and the community.
