Qualifications

• Deep understanding of restaurant technology ecosystems, including POS platforms, hardware, software, networking, and managed services.
• Experience in service delivery leadership, customer success, or related executive-facing roles.
• Ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and executive-level engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between NCR Voyix and the customer, building trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among NCR Voyix service, support, product, engineering, implementation, and sales teams to drive customer success.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on achieving business objectives, operational excellence, and service quality.
• Act as the voice of the customer to NCR Voyix, communicating priorities and opportunities and ensuring follow-through.
• Drive continuous service improvement using operational data, metrics, and customer feedback.
