Qualifications

• Deep understanding of restaurant tech ecosystems including POS platforms, hardware, software, networking, and managed services.
• 5+ years in service delivery management, customer success, operations, or related leadership.
• Ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Proven success managing large, complex customer relationships and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and navigate complex challenges.
• Experience delivering executive-level business reviews and performance reporting.
• Strong customer advocacy mindset with a track record of improving outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between NCR Voyix and the customer.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across service, support, product, engineering, implementation, and sales.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on business objectives and service quality.
• Represent the voice of the customer within NCR Voyix to address priorities and opportunities.
• Drive continuous service improvements using data, metrics, and feedback.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience aligning contracts with outcomes.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and governance meetings.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs to meet commitments.
• Lead customer escalations and coordinate resources for timely resolution.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
• Support account growth, retention, and profitability with sales teams.
• Deliver consultative reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document engagements, action plans, and follow-ups for accountability.
• Support invoicing, billing accuracy, and contract compliance.
