Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Animal Science or Ag related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in dairy operations or herd management preferred.
• Proven ability to cold call, build relationships and work in a matrixed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and achieve annual sales, revenue, and gross profit goals within the territory.
• Assist customers in improving dairy production and profitability using company products.
• Conduct targeted prospect calls and actively develop new business growth.
• Partner with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate client history records and track marketing/service activities.
• Travel 50% throughout the assigned territory.
