Job summary

Patterson is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our dairy tech portfolio across assigned territories. You will identify new customers, support distributors, and drive revenue while leveraging dairy expertise.

Remote work with up to 50% travel, you will maintain relationships, provide product solutions, and ensure profitable, accurate orders and records. A dairy-focused background and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Animal Science or related field.
• 3 years with a Dairy emphasis and proven growth in customer base.
• Proven ability to cold call, build relationships, and lead in a matrixed team.
• Proficiency in SAP or related ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing business with targeted prospect calls, focusing on dairy producers.
• Collaborate with area distribution channels to execute growth strategies.
• Understand customer needs and recommend specific products and solutions.
• Provide timely support and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction to drive territory growth.
• Ensure pricing and contract terms align with procedures and profitability.
• Maintain accurate client history records and financial documentation.
• Meet and strive to exceed forecasted sales goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry, products, market conditions, and competition.
• Travel to customer locations as needed and manage territory records.
