smaXtec Inc. is seeking a Dairy Management Advisor in Wisconsin to install and support on-farm systems, analyze ROI, and build long-term farmer relationships.

The role combines fieldwork with customer success, requiring travel, hands-on training, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include customer training, on-site installations, data-driven insights, and representing smaXtec at trade fairs, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in the dairy industry (cow health/feeding preferred).
• At least two years in an Account Manager or consultant role in the dairy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Animal Health, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% US and international as needed.
• Live in Wisconsin due to proximity to customers.

Responsibilities

• Installs smaXtec on customer farms and provides on-site support.
• Analyzes ROI and supports customer success through data insights.
• Builds long-term customer relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Trains and supports customers with system implementation and use.
• Troubleshoots with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Provides solution-oriented advice for customer inquiries.
• Represents smaXtec at agricultural trade fairs and events.
• Utilizes CRM for daily activities.
