Qualifications

• Perform physical analytical sampling and testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification analytical test results.
• Calibrate and maintain all lab testing equipment.
• Prepare and distribute customer certificates of analysis.
• Comply with all quality assurance procedures (QAPs).

Responsibilities

• Perform physical analytical sampling and testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished goods in accordance with guidelines.
• Perform microbiological sampling and testing of dairy products.
• Routinely collect product samples from production lines and maintain QC records.
• Prepare and process production records to isolate out-of-spec product and deviations.
