Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to collect samples and perform physical analytical sampling and testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished dairy products, and to identify out-of-spec results following established guidelines.

You will calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment and ensure all QA records are properly filed and data entered. Candidates should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred), have familiarity with SAP and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate’s Degree with a concentration in Food or Dairy Science preferred.
• Experience with food quality specifications and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to pass regulatory certifications and maintain GMP/SOP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples and perform analytical testing of ingredients, packaging materials and finished dairy products.
• Identify out-of-spec results and follow notification protocols.
• Calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance.
