Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to monitor QA programs in a dairy manufacturing facility. You will review QC results, prepare weekly reports, and assist in regulatory audits and customer complaints resolution.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Dairy or Food Science, 2+ years in a food/dairy plant, and proficiency with MS Excel; bi-lingual Spanish is a plus. This role emphasizes accuracy, data analysis, and teamwork within Saputo’s QA team.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferred in Dairy or Food Science or equivalent; minimum 2 years in food/dairy manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word; ability to prepare graphs.
• Knowledge of Maestro and AS400 systems.
• Attention to detail and strong math/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor and maintain QA programs (HAACP, Allergen, GMP, Pest Control, sanitation, sampling, environmental swabs, testing) for finished product compliance.
• Review QA test results to ensure customer specs are met and prepare weekly QA reports.
• Assist audits and regulatory/compliance processes; support PSIR team and handle customer complaints.
