Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in quality control testing procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical analytical sampling and testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished dairy products.
• Perform microbiological sampling and testing of dairy products.
• Identify and communicate out-of-spec results and follow notification protocols.
• Routinely collect samples from production lines and maintain QC records.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment; ensure clean lab environment.
